What has LOVECHURCH got going on over the summer?
Look no further. The answer is right here!
LOVECHURCH, we have an exciting announcement!!
From this Sunday 4th August onwards, we will be changing the time of the evening service from 6.30pm to 6pm.
We are hyped that this earlier time gives a chance for everyone to enjoy more of the evening following the service. This could be a great opportunity to head off and grab some food or a drink with others coming along after the service finishes!
We are launching our brand new teaching series this Sunday:
*Old Testament Heroes*
To begin, Angelina will be exploring Eve with us, you won't want to miss it!
We will also be saying goodbye to two incredibly precious members of our community - our youth pastor Sophie, and our student pastor Charles. They're leaving us to obediently follow the calling on their lives as a family into ordained ministry. Do not miss the opportunity to come and say goodbye and pray for them as they move on.
10.30am & 6.30pm at St Swithun's.
See you there 👋
What a phenomenal day we had yesterday.
We had the privilege of baptising 24 people!!!!
17 planned baptisms, and an additional 7 people who made the decision to enter into new life with Jesus at the beach 🔥
There are no words for how beautiful each moment was.
Thank you Jesus!
More content to follow... Watch this space!!
Kingdom Come 🔥
We could not be more excited for beach baptisms on Sunday.
There will be no morning or evening service at St Swithun's, instead please join us at 3pm, Boscombe Pier, to support those taking the step of baptism.
Ahead of Sunday, please join us in praying for those taking this incredible step!
It's going to be amazing 🔥
See you there!!
It didn't come home on Sunday, but we had a fantastic evening together cheering the lads on, enjoying community and some delicious pizza!
In the words of His Majesty The King:
"Although victory may have eluded you this evening, nevertheless my wife and I join all my family in urging you and your support team to hold your heads high.
All those who have participated in sporting activities at any level will know how utterly despairing such a result can feel when the prize was so near – and will join me in sending heartfelt sympathy, even as we congratulate Spain. But please know that your success in reaching the European Championship final is a really great achievement in itself, and one that brings with it the pride of a nation which will continue to roar for the Three Lions today – and in the many triumphs which I have no doubt lie ahead.”
