We’re so proud to be working with Homewards who are celebrating one year of action - and what a year it has been! aim to show it is possible to end homelessness - making it rare, brief & unrepeated.

Since Prince William’s visit to Faithworks last year, we and our incredible partners within the Homelessness Partnership BCP have worked hard to create strong links with local businesses and organisations, developing new opportunities for those striving to overcome homelessness.

One of the many successes has been the Faithworks Arch collaboration with Sunseeker and Poole College - creating the life-changing opportunity of training leading directly into employment.

Homewards and all involved truly demonstrate that transformative change can take place, as together we seek practical solutions to end homelessness making it rare, brief and unrepeated.

Here’s a quick look at our 20th year celebration film. Our guests say it better than we ever could.🙏

20 years of being alongside people as they journey from crisis to safety, and on to brighter futures of their own making. This film is a celebration of our values and our projects - but what we achieve is only possible with YOU alongside us.

However you help, you are VITAL in our work within food poverty, debt advice, lone parenting, homelessness and upskilling back into employment. There are challenges ahead in every community - but together we continue to push for positive, sustainable change.

As one of the incredible guests says “it takes a village to raise a child” and we’re proud to share that “village” with you.🧡

Earlier this week, our partners at the Homelessness Partnership BCP, chaired by our CEO Alistair, highlighted a heartwarming story.

When Chloe and her young family faced eviction and homelessness, the incredible support from the partnership brought hope and stability. With assistance from dedicated teams at local food banks, Citizens Advice BCP, and the Rent Deposit Scheme, Chloe secured a new home, managed her daughter’s diabetes, and pursued a new career.

Join us in supporting families like Chloe's—donate or volunteer today to make a positive impact. Learn more about the remarkable work of the Homelessness Partnership BCP and how you can help through the link below.

Thank you to the Bishop of Wi******er, Philip Mounstephen for a hugely encouraging visit to some of our Faithworks family of projects this week.

Philip, and our CEO Alistair, agreed on the ever-more pressing need to provide practical, relational AND spiritual hope to individuals and to our communities. And that we do that best when churches and Christian charities stand “shoulder to shoulder”, equipping , encouraging and praying, as we stretch out a hand of hope. We’re really looking forward to future ways in which we can work together with a “Hope-bringer” like Philip.

“I think the potential for the kind of partnership you offer is really significant” – The Bishop of Wi******er.
