Full house renovation complete. New bathroom and tiling installed, new kitchen and tiling installed, fire place and surround removed, cloakroom toilet tiled and floor levelled, new radiators installed, updated old plumbing, new internal doors installed, fully decorated throughout. (Plastering, Electrics and flooring provided by other trades). Was valued at £215k before works. Now for sale for £310k

Customer wanted a toilet installing in one of their bedrooms as the main bathroom was downstairs. It’s been a hot week crawling and working in tight spaces. Framed, boarded, tiled, plumbed, flooring, sliding door and skirtings/architraves all installed. Just needs electrician to fit lights and decorated by the customer.

Stone wall was in a poor state. Chisled and raked out all the old loose and decayed pointing and renewed the complete wall with new. Quite a therapeutic job 😃

Took down some cast iron gutters that were failing and installed 10.5 metres of half round plastic gutters and pvc fascia today. It was one complete run between two houses so both properties completed at the same time.

Shower screen fitted in customers wet room. Shower screen was slightly too small for the space but there’s never a problem only a solution so built it out slightly to aid fitting. Another happy customer 😃

Pvc ceiling installed in customers bathroom today. Customer wanted different colour choice over the shower area. Another satisfied customer 😊

Wooden gutter replacement today. Old gutter was rotten to the core causing water damage to the wall and causing damp inside the house. Fully replaced, painted and water tight

Kitchen installation finished today. Been a troublesome one as the plans were wrong but got there in the end. Customer very happy with the outcome

Boarded a bathroom floor today ready for lino for a rental property. Once again forgot to take pictures 🤦‍♂️

Customer purchased a second hand kitchen and wanted it fitting. Had to build the wall out slightly for it to fit properly and jig some of the cupboards around all to the customers approval. Kitchen, stud wall and tiling installation done by myself. (Flooring installed by another trade)

Decoration of newly plastered ceilings and walls. Plenty of filling on this one especially around the edges of the plasterboard to stone.
Nice and bright and clean now. Customer is very happy that it’s looking more like a room again rather than a building site 😁😁

Managed to get out my flu bed today and go and clean a gutter for a customer. Couple of repairs on it and back home. That’s probably the last time the ladders will be off the van this side of Xmas unless there’s an emergency. Have a good Xmas everyone

Have completed a down pipe repair today for a local customer. Have solved the leaking problem and secured the pipe to the wall. Another happy customer. (I forgot to take pictures 🤦‍♂️)

Customer in Harrogate had a leaking shower causing many problems. They wanted to keep the shower tray but have new tiles, shower and pivot door cubicle installed. Removed existing tiles to find they had only been dot and dabbed on 🤦‍♂️. Changed the pipe work for copper, took up rotten floor and replaced with 18mm exterior ply. Cleaned up existing shower tray. Boarded uneven, damaged wall with tile board and fully tanked the shower area making it totally waterproof. Tiled in customers choice of tiles and edges in nice square chrome and installed cubicle and shower. Customer very happy with outcome
