How unfortunate, I arranged to meet someone in Bingley at a cafe to talk about mortgages. The cafe was full and so was the one over the road…..this forced us to go for a pint instead! 😀🍻

A great effort from my daughter’s football team today in their tournament at Killinghall 😀💪⚽️ Eldwick juniors Lionesses U13s - two wins & a draw from 4 games to qualify for the quarter finals. They were a bit unlucky to lose 1-0 to a good Pannal Ash side in the QF. Better luck next time girls 🤞

Also the first time I’d seen the girls play in their new shirts 😍

Someone made the mistake of asking me what I did this weekend 😀

⭐️Highlight of the week⭐️ is this text from the wife! 😍 Friends and family will know that our miniature Dachshund Sally had an operation on her spine over Christmas 😔

Thankfully she’s on the mend 🙏 but the insurance company tried to wriggle out of paying for the operation 😡

Sarah’s persistence has paid off and 10-weeks later they have at last settled the claim! 💪👍🏻

Hand delivering a little gift 🎁 for couple that are moving home next week. I’m only walking 🚶‍♂️ as Google tells me it’s just 6 mins from where I live! 😀

I’ve just ordered another 16 of these, I’m intrigued to see what’s in the new ones 😀

I was talking to a first time buyer this week who said her own bank would only lend her about £170,000 but she need a bit more.

With a bit of research I quickly found I could potentially get to the figure she required from a different mortgage lender. (subject to application & approval by the lender)

Obviously everyone's circumstances are different but I think this is a good illustration of why you should consider using a mortgage broker 👍

I have a couple who moved house 🏡 this week after they bought a property in Edinburgh 👍 Interestingly for me this is the 4th mortgage I have done for a property in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 in the last 3 months 😀
