So yesterday I delivered maritozzi to Radisson Blu and West coast motors in Leeds.

A lovely Italian style cream bun.
I've tried this recipe on my Italian friends and they gave it a big thumbs up

I'm thinking of doing boxes of cakes or cookies on a weekly basis order by Wednesday collect Saturday. What are your thoughts?
