Manchester based PFI Group are delighted to announce that it has agreed to acquire the production operations of Grafenia plc in a £3m+ deal.

As part of the £3m+ deal, PFI will acquire Grafenia’s subsidiary, Works Manchester Limited (formerly Image Everything) as well as the business and assets of Grafenia Operations Limited, the respected wide-format and commercial print hub based in Trafford Park, Manchester.

The company will enter into a five year supply agreement under which Works Manchester will continue to manufacture and supply products to Grafenia’s Nettl and Printing.com partner network.

The PFI Group welcomes Paul Price as the new Managing Director for Cestrian and Creative Digital.

Paul took up the role on 18 October, and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of Cheadle-based Cestrian, and Bradford’s Creative Digital Images (CGI). He will be dividing his time across both sites.

Price said: “Cestrian and CDI have strong synergies as suppliers to national retailers and brands and we are looking forward to integrating their services to provide a strengthened offering in the marketplace.

“Cestrian already has a highly experienced management team in place, so this is an ideal opportunity to work across both companies and combine resources and expertise for the benefit of our clients.”

Our Company Charity Challenge began just over 2 weeks ago which means they are HALF WAY THROUGH!!!

Over the last 2 weeks Jess has been busy visiting our companies that are taking part and handing them their £50. The participants have until Halloween to try and turn their £50 into £500 through whatever fundraising methods they can think of, all in aid of Cash for Kids.
