We ventured to Southend on Sea Tuesday. It was a little bit wet, however, our residents indulged themselves with Sharks Penguins & Monkeys at the amazing Sealife Adventure. We had traditional Fish & Chips and sat by the sea wall and finished our trip with Delicious Doughnuts..... an awesome day.

We had a wonderful time celebrating Father's Day.
Our Residents enjoyed Cheese & Wine & some delicious chocolates for our very special Dads.
Live Entertainment with Claire & Bob who were fantastic. Some very special memories were made.

Our ladies enjoyed being pampered in our exclusive Namaste Room aimed at improving mind, body & Soul.

We had a lovely afternoon celebrating Ann's Birthday with family, friends, and a delicious cake!

Today we celebrated D-Day's 80th year. It was an emotional day our residents supported each other and joined in with the 40's entertainment. It was a very Special Day.

Residents enjoyed our Family Fun Day!
There was live entertainment with Debbie and our wonderful Chef Anna prepared a delicious BBQ
We also celebrated Maureen's birthday & Phyllis's 99th Birthday.
It was an amazing Day.

We recently enjoyed a lovely screening of Mary Poppins in our cinema room. The popcorn and sweets were flowing and the atmosphere was just incredible. We are always happy to witness everyone embracing the amenities and convenience of Brentwood Care Centre.

We are Celebrating 50 years of the Eurovision Song Contest!
ABBA won the contest in 1974 with their smash hit Waterloo....
Residents enjoyed Singing & Dancing along with our ABBA Tribute Band they all knew the words & rocked the home, it was a Fantastic afternoon.

Anyone hungry? Our Head Chef Anna whipped up some delicious meals and we couldn’t wait to share what was on the menu.

We wanted to share some of the delicious treats enjoyed in our dining area. We savoured the afternoon spring in one of our cosy dining areas whilst indulging in tasty bakes and mouth-watering snacks. Celebrations for St Georges Day!
Our residents enjoyed celebrating St Georges Day with live music and lots of dancing. They had so much fun and lots of laughter Fabulous!

Residents are already enjoying the benefits of our incredible hair salon at the Olive Grove Suite. A very special Easter delivery. We had 7 eggs to watch over and to our amazement, they all hatched!
Our residents enjoyed watching as the little chicks hatched and they helped care for them.
This was a fabulous experience for us all.

Today we dropped our donation of Easter eggs to Haven House Children's Hospice our Customer Relations Manager Rhiannon met with Sarah and team who were hugely appreciative of all donations. We want to thank all of the residents, family and friends that donated over this period for such a brilliant cause. We hope all the children, siblings and families enjoy the eggs and upcoming easter egg hunt 🐣🫶🏼

A wonderful Day!
We welcomed the children from Larchwood Gardens Family Hubb to join our residents for an Easter Egg Hunt. They enjoyed arts & Crafts and an amazing sing-a-long making wonderful memories.
The Children found all the eggs, Chocolate Bunnies and much more. It was such an awesome day!

We can’t thank everyone enough for their generosity with our Easter egg donations for haven house children’s hospice, we will be delivering all the eggs on Thursday the 28th so if there are any last minute donations please feel free to drop these to our reception table…. If you can find space 🫢
