Policy for Aesthetics by Bonnie:

1. Payment Policy:
Payment is required upon completion of your treatment before leaving the premises. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other forms of payment as discussed during your booking.
2. Skin Boosters Policy:
Skin booster treatments are priced as a single treatment. Please note that no additional top-ups are included in this price. If further sessions are desired, they will be treated as separate bookings at an additional cost.
3. Refunds and Cancellations:
Once a treatment is completed, payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment or this may incur a fee

4. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee:
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds once a service is rendered. We encourage clients to ask questions and voice any concerns prior to and during the treatment to ensure a positive outcome.
5. Client Responsibilities:
Clients must disclose all medical history, medications, and relevant information before any treatment. This is essential for ensuring safety and achieving the best results. Failure to disclose important information may result in refusal of service or cancellation of the appointment.
6. Right to Refuse Service
Our clinic is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients. We reserve the right to decline treatment at our discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, situations where safety protocols cannot be met, where treatment may not be in the client’s best interest, or in cases of inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.
