We’re looking for an established tattoo artist to join our Southend on Sea studio, located 5 minutes walk between Southend Central and Southend Victoria stations.

Urban Ink is home to art focused, relaxed, friendly and positive studios across Essex that put customer service first. Our ideal candidate has background in Arts or Design, a passion for custom work and is committed to our friendly and inclusive approach.

The position is offered on a self employed basis with consumables supplied, great opportunity for the right person to build a strong client base in our established studio.

All styles considered, 3 years shop experience is preferred but not necessarily essential. Applicants must be experienced and have a strong portfolio. Verbal and written English skills required.

We will not be able to sponsor any artists who are not UK residents, for a visa.

📣 £5 Piercing Day 📣

We’re doing it again!! £5 piercing day this Saturday 13th April at the Southend Studio.

Find us at Urban Ink Southend, 9 Farringdon Service Road, Southend SS1 1NN.

DM or call on 01702 391391. Walk ins available on the day between 11am -9pm but can’t be guaranteed, so book if you can!

Important info if you are having a piercing with us:

-Please arrive on time for your appointment, no earlier, no later. If you are late you may lose your slot.

-Eat before hand and stay hydrated

-Must bring your ID, you risk not being pierced if you have no ID

-Under 16s MUST be accompanied by an adult and age restrictions apply (please call the shop or email if you’re unsure on the age restrictions)

-Walk ins: Call or walk in. We cannot guarantee you will be taken if you walk in. There will be no estimated time for waiting. If you are taken for a walk in, you MUST wait in the studio.
