Excitement is building! The team are busy in Vivary Park setting up the show for tomorrow!!

Day 21 - this day is for G manās mum, Sue, thank you for the donation. So I have done more today to catch up on a couple of days when itās been too hot, 300+ today.
So I have noticed my back, calf and thigh muscles are getting bigger and stronger, I can skip for longer and faster. Yes Iām going to keep this up from now on.

I am at The Manor Care Home craft fair in Bishops Hull today I have the girls with me so Jon can have a quiet day for Fatherās Day tomorrow.
