Don’t forget we have a games barn on-site! With a full pool table, table tennis and darts to name a few! The littlest members of LER are getting a pool lesson from Mr LER so they don’t turn out at rubbish as me at it!

Our picnic area is the ideal place for a summers evening glass of wine or a chat with friends putting the world to right

So this decking has been bugging me for ages. It’s finally stopped raining for long enough so I can get it repainted! So much better now!

We had some lovely guests stay with us this week for a few nights. They took the time out to leave the most wonderful review on tripadvisor. Knowing how busy lives can be, the fact that a guest can take the time to leave a review is very appreciated let alone such a wonderful one. We read each and every review and appreciate everyone. This is our fourth season and I still get the excitement that guests have had a wonderful stay, it means everything to us

Those of you who know me know I love a little project! What started as a fresh coat of paint in the Alfred resulted in new paint, carpets, lights, bed and furnishings. All ready for our guests this weekend. We do have a cancellation for next week so why not book yourselves in and try it out!

It’s a painting kind of day here at . The Alfred is getting a fresh coat of paint and a new carpet is due in the next couple of weeks. Everyone uses a Halloween bucket as a paint kettle dont they? 😂

The cottage is back ready for rental! Everything (and I mean everything!) has been replaced and renewed leaving us with a sparkling new bathroom for you. Get booking!

So when sanding the bathrooms walls yesterday, the paint decided to peel leading to a rock and roll Saturday night scraping walls. Mist coat is on ready for painting later today. The cottage will be back for rental on Monday 18th March! Happy Sunday everyone 😘

Major works . Our cottage is currently closed until Monday 18th March to allow for a major overhaul and refit of the cottage bathroom! I can’t wait to show you the finished result - it’s all going to be so shiny and new!

The pool table is covered in linen. This can only mean one thing - the huts open on Friday! We can’t wait to see you all on site again
