As a lot of you are already aware, I am away this week to France 🇫🇷

I will be back Monday 22nd July. As you can imagine, I am really stacked that week. I will be going through messages and the diary on the weekend I am back 👍🏼

Returned back to an existing customer recently for another job. It’s nice to see how this project was finally finished with the decorations.

There were 8 flats worth of incoming mains coming through the building in through the cellar.

This cellar was once empty with no water whatsoever down there apart from the incoming mains which has now been hidden by the cupboard in by the fireplace. The incoming mains were coming through all over the place which led to be re routed tighter to the wall so it could be boxed off.

For the toilet, basin and kitchen sink in the cellar we had to tap into the pipework from the flat’s nearest point which was the kitchen in the flat above (customer’s flat) and make way through some kick boards to bring the hot and cold pipework down into the cellar. (Was not as easy as it sounds) 😂

Due to the location of the toilet, there was of course no soil stack to tap into so we had to improvise with what we had using our initiative and plumbing knowledge to get the discharge pipe out which was a challenge as it steps up from the cellar into the flat through the kitchen and steps up again into a bedroom then onto their backgarden/balcony where the soil stack is.

We really wanted to box the wall off for the discharge pipe to be hidden but the customer did not want this as it would make the room more smaller than what it was.

They had another tradesman say it wasn’t possible ❌

3 years later, everything is still working exactly how it should be… Like a dream! 💭

It really shows that taking a step back and thinking outside the box truly does pay off 📝

One from the other day helping one of my gas engineer guys out converting a customer’s gravity fed system to a combi system.

All done in a day ready for when the customer came home from work 💫

Absolutely thrilled to show off the latest bathroom installation 😮‍💨

Such a stunning project, the transformation is elegant and highly sophisticated 💫

This was previously just a bedroom and now it has been turned into this absolutely stunning en-suite 🛁 🚿🚰 🚽

The painting and decorating has been left to finish from the customer 😊

A nice trip away to the Isle of Wight last week as many of you know 🚢

It was a good crack to help out JK Heating Solutions on a bathroom installation🚿 🛁 🚽

Arrived on the Sunday and came home on the Wednesday, we definitely put the work in! 🤝🏼

The customer was chuffed to bits with it and how quick we got it finished for them 🤩

They just have some final touches to do which they said they wanted do themselves such as the flooring and the painting at a later date 📆

AWAY FOR THE WEEK ⛺️

Late finish last night! 🥵

Customer wanted to modernise their shower enclosure and gave us a challenge by asking if it could be fitted and ready use when they are back from their holiday Saturday ✈️

We went the extra mile and worked through until we got the job completed. We didn’t stop until 9pm last night due to going to 2 emergency call outs throughout the day aswell which were in Taunton and Glastonbury 💨

We do our best to keep each and every one of our customers happy 😊
