As from Tuesday 2nd June Ship to Shore @ Flamborough Road will be opening the following hours :-
Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat from 12 noon - 8pm!
We have had so much positive feedback from our customers that we will be operating using the same safe systems we already have in place.
This means that we will still be offering the call and collect service which enables us to keep our customers and staff safe, with one customer in the shop at one time. Why spend time queuing????

After much deliberation, Ship to Shore @ Flamborough Road will be open Fridays as of 8th May.
This is to help alleviate people being unable to book a time slot and turning up without ordering. As much as possible, we want to avoid people queuing in order to comply with government guidelines.
This means the shop will now be trading Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings from 4pm-8pm. Phone lines will be open from 2pm each of these days and can I please advice that you MUST speak to a staff member to place your order. We are unable to accept voicemail or text messages when ordering 🐟
*Top Tip* To avoid disappointment, you do NOT have to ring the day you wish to place your order, you can pre-book any day to ensure you get the day and time slot required 😁

Following on from government advice and advice from the NFFF industry we are pleased to be able to offer limited opening hours. These hours will commence on Tuesday 7th April and will run each week on a Tuesday/Wednesday and Thursday evening from 4pm-8pm.

THIS WILL BE A PHONE AND COLLECT SERVICE ONLY. UNFORTUNATELY WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SERVE ANY CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE NOT PRE-ORDERED.

How is this going to work???

* Customers will be asked to call 07840473109 from 3pm on the day they wish to place their order. Last orders will be taken at 7.30pm and the shop will close at 8pm for last collection.

*When ordering you will be given a time slot for collection and notified of the price of your order.

*Customers will be asked to wait outside the shop in the marked areas 2m apart.

* You will be asked to enter the shop only when your order is ready for collection. All orders will be placed in boxes to minimise handling.

* AT THIS TIME WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT CARD PAYMENTS SO IT WILL BE CASH SALES ONLY.

*There will be extra safety precautions put in place regarding cash handling and social distancing during your visit, which the staff member will be happy to explain and support you with.
