Cheeky Clean & Jerk!

Following a new programme which allows me to do this every week. Each time I'm added a little bit more weight so I'm slowly progressing.

The technique is far from perfect, but we keep learning each time.

Really looking forward to seeing the results come at the end of the year!

Sn**ch 101

Sn**ch Deadlift is a great way to learn how to start the Sn**ch movement off.

Here's a few steps:
1. A wide grip so the elbows are straight
2. Bar over the middle of the feet
3. Make sure shoulders are in front of the bar
4. Back flat and chest up
5. Push feet into the ground and push up with the legs

Have a go at using these steps when doing Sn**ch Grip Deadlift🏋️

A little clip from today's workout!

Started a new training plan of Upper/Lower Push/Pull, and so far it's going well. At the moment I'm not bothered about my physique I just want to enjoy my training 💪

Also I've got a new training partner (the wife) which I'm super excited about! I'm looking forward to both of us progressing!

How's everyone's training going?

I'm currently following a Push, Pull, Legs (like everyone does in the gym😂) and I'm loving Pull but not so much Push🙄

Lately I've been loving this variation of a single Arm Lat Pulldown! Whenever I do this I get a great pump afterwards as well as feeling my lats a lot more than you normal conventional pulldown💪🏼

Next time your training, give this a go! You'll definitely feel it👌🏻
