Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property, Housing, and Estate Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our properties, housing developments, and estates across the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a proven track record of effectively managing residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of properties, housing developments, and estates, ensuring they are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and meet quality standards.
2. Oversee all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, lease agreements, rent collection, and property inspections.
3. Develop and implement property management policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff to ensure timely and cost-effective property repairs, renovations, and improvements.
5. Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Monitor market trends, property values, and rental rates to inform pricing strategies and maximize property profitability.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as leasing, marketing, and legal, to support overall business objectives and initiatives.
8. Stay updated on relevant legislation, regulations, and industry trends affecting property management practices in the UK.
9. lead the asset management of a highly diverse portfolio which spans the UK.
10. Stay updated on changes in property laws and regulations in the UK.
11. Utilize knowledge of Arabic language and culture to build strong relationships with Arabic- speaking clients and tenants.
12. Provide culturally sensitive services and support to Arabic-speaking communities.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in property management, housing management, or estate management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and best practices in the UK.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (if required for property visits).
• Fluency in both Arabic & English
