Little bit about us - we're an independent cocktail businesses with 3 venues centred around middle street Brighton.

We pride our self on our customer service and we aim to deliver quality drinks in a relaxed yet energetic atmosphere.

We're looking bartenders and waiting staff (15-40hours). Friday and Saturday Evening shifts are required. Other hours / shifts can be discussed.

Pay is £11.00 per hour base rate, on top of that we have a nice bonus system too where a % monthly takings are split between staff (usually around 50p-80p extra per hour per person). Cash tips shared between all the staff and same with card tips of course!
