Now pouring 🍺 THROUGH THE MILL Elder Saison 4% ABV

The brewery says:

“This dry, refreshing Saison is brewed with the finest Pilsner, Vienna and Wheat malt.

It is carefully whirlpooled with Motueka and Sorachi Ace, plus a generous amount of Elderflower, Elderberries, and a touch of Bay and Coriander.

Finally, it is dry-hopped with additional Motueka and Sorachi Ace.

This Saison has a savoury berry and floral nose, with a spicy, herbal, crisp finish. The perfect beer for enjoying on a hot summer day.”

If I had to pick a favourite it would be the fried chicken - my god those chicken pieces are mouthfuls of heaven, a must try 🤤
Aside from the food The Hampton is a great pub with good vibes, friendly staff and great beer!

We’re super excited to introduce Sabu Joseph. Sabu has been with us at Easy Tiger since the very beginning, formerly of Chilli Pickle, Curry leaf cafe and currently Cafe Cardamom we couldn’t think of a better man to take over 🙌

Passionate about his Indian heritage and dedicated to sharing it through his love language of food, Sabu has decades of experience cooking in luxury hotels, and is a master of the spices! He invites you all to join him on his latest adventure, with some exciting updates coming VERY soon!

We’re absolutely obsessed with this sparkling pineapple and lemon wild cider by - it’s the perfect choice for a sunny Friday afternoon! 🌞

Now pouring 🍻 Starry Messenger Barrel Aged Lager 6.5% ABV

The brewery says: “The results of a 15 month project, our Starry Messenger has been lagered in French Oak barrels that were previously used for maturing Chardonnay. It’s a unique beer with beautiful floral, grape and apricot aromas. Flavour builds with honey malt character, subtle sweetness and a tang of sweet fruits before a dry, crisp break of bitterness.”
