Today, I’m packing, painting, and reorganizing my clinic space. If not, I'd be out there reliving my beach yoga life! This pic was taken in Miami in 2005. Dreaming of Miami, but also looking forward to clearing my space and making it more inviting for everyone.

Sunshine at last 💖⭐️💖

After 4 years of doing yoga online, we have had our last lesson of the class that was impossible to put in one room as everyone has moved location. 🩵🤸‍♂️🩵🧘🏻‍♀️🩵. We’ve been practicing together for 5-20 years - previously in person. What an amazing journey this has been together and an incredible support network through very odd times. I will miss seeing you in your homes with your partners and animals and wish you all the very best in the future. Thank you all for your love and support - keep the yoga in your life as a good nourishment 🩵🤸‍♂️🩵🧘🏻‍♀️🩵
