Hello 👋 I wondered who would be interested in a Yin Yoga and a Yoga Nidra class on Wednesday eve? This will be based in Rottingdean in a rather different outdoor venue that lets you enjoy all the benefits of nature without being disturbed in your practice by the elements.

I've always been into herbal medicine; starting with for support with anxiety as a child, using with through hard times, learning and experiencing the therapeutic and spiritual benefits of throughout my yogic journey, seeing a transformation in my health with from at in , and, most recently, connecting back to my English roots with sacred wild walks and guiding foraging trips; whereby understanding more about the on our doorsteps.

I felt a stronger calling to dive into this deeper...... but little did I know I would get 100% on 10 out of 13 modules and end up with a DISTINCTION.

Syria, like Turkey, has also been affected by the recent earthquakes whilst battling a war. Many relief aid workers can't reach or support Syria due to the political situation and this is why I choose to give the funds of my class on this day to the heroes of the Syrian Civil Defence team.

The are sacrificing their lives to help those who have been severely injured, lost family, are homeless, starving, sick, and hopeless. They are in the thick of it and on the front line.

They need our help to be able to provide safety, medical and rescue missions.

I am happy to add a qualification extension to my NLP training (received in 2017):

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy ( ) Diploma accredited by the Complimentary Medical Association ( ) and ( )

Passed today with Distinction.

This means I will now be taking on online via my yoga website utilising the CBT and NLP methods.

I will be offering introductory sessions of 1 hour at £25 per session, so if you struggling with a problem you are currently finding difficult to resolve, please send me an email via [email protected] and let's get you some solutions!!!

Please donate and share!!! My friend Ava Guli Ozdemir is Kurdish. Most of her family lives near the epicentre of where the devastating earthquakes happened (Kahramanmaras). They are lucky to be alive although some of their family didn't make it.

They are currently living in relief tents, homeless and unsure how they will rebuild their lives again through the destruction.

You don't need any yoga experience to do Yin yoga, it is a deeply relaxing and calming yoga form, much like a gentle movement meditation that is seated only.

"My yoga, meditation and breath work online classes will begin on Sunday 22nd January (timetable below 🙏) and I would be delighted if you will join me.

🫶 Every being welcome from any timezone.
🫶 No experience needed.

I went a bit off track with my teaching when Covid hit in 2020, due to seeing everything that I had built in terms of community and classes dissolve into, what seemed at the time, ashes. I also felt very unsupported by "some" of the studios I originally worked for between 2018 - 2020 in Brighton who cut off my classes with no reasoning or notice, when I had spent hours building up strong class communities and foundations as a teacher. I am, of course, grateful for the ones that didn't. (You know who you are!).

I choose today to not let the past defeat me and step back into my power as a teacher, mentor and guide, having also completed three other meditation and breath work courses in India, since then;
Inner Engineering with Sadhguru, 100hour RYT meditation with Dr.C.Keshava.Murphy at Sarvaguna Yoga Meditation Training Ashram(philosophy, theory and practice, mantras, kriyas, mudra, pranyama, energy anatomy and physiology) and **ra work which covered , , with Vishwajeet Singh at Shiva Shakti Yoga.

I am here to share all I have learnt and all that has helped me move from darkness to light, and manage the tides of life better. So, I invite you to jump on the wagon with me and discover it for yourself.

- Yin Yoga every Sunday at 7pm - 8pm
- Meditation class every Tuesday 6.15am - 7.15am
- Breath work (pranayama) every Thursday 6.15am - 7.15am
