Why are your windows open? It’s freezing? 🥶 🧊

The short answer is we can’t afford to shut them 🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s fine act business, one that we have definitely not mastered, but we are here striving to improve💪🏻

Poquito has a 90% to 10% takeaway rate to sit in. We have seen sales reduce by 50% just by shutting the windows, as customers walk on by not seeing the accessibility of mostly impulse purchases.

We do have an army of regulars that come day in and day out for there coffee fix (thankyou for braving the cold🩶)however with the weather changing and people feeling the pinch before Xmas less people are on our streets❄️💨

Coffee shops take time to build your customers, break people’s habits, and even just get into profit 🤞🏼Fingers crossed Deliveroo will help us bridge the gap in the winter.

Yesterday we took £267…it’s tough, it does not cover the cost of opening, so every sale really counts💸….it’s nobody’s fault it’s just freezing and trust me it’s hard for everyone.

I want to say a massive thankyou to Christos, Ari, Tae, Mical, Jack for grinding away in the cold, showing up with a smile, and sticking with us through this tough time…you guys rock🫶🏼
