A couple bedrooms complete from a full house repaint in keynsham. This was a new build property which still required a fair amount of preparation. Tape repairs in most corners, thick beads of caulk dug out and filled the right way. All surfaces needed thorough sanding due to some thick brush marks and have roller texture. All the prep done to ensure we had a good canvas to work from!

The job done the right way for a finish that not only looks good but will last! 👌🏼

A lovely external completed in Saltford.

The recent fantastic weather has meant only one thing, time to get outside, get a tan and tackle a list of external projects!

On this property we started off by cleaning all surfaces to ensure we had a clean canvas to work from. All fascia’s, soffits and wooden posts were scrapped and sanded to get rid of any loose material. A few areas needed a little more TLC but fortunately these were in a good solid condition. We then applied two coats of Exterior wood & metal paint which the customer supplied in their colour choice. The white walls were refreshed with two coats of stormshield in white. The Garage door needed some thorough sanding due to the weathering which was then finished with three coats of Allcoat satin tinted to the customers colour choice. This really did pop and certainly give them that kerb appeal as we have already booked in 2 jobs on the same road👌🏼

Bathroom complete in Saltford. Nice and straight forward this one however quite a bit of prep needed on the fresh plaster. Following the mist coat we had to sand it all back as there were many high spots. All low spots and dings were then skim filled before another sand followed by a second mist coat. All Ceilings & Walls were then finished using Perma white matt. A top paint for any bathroom and one I use most of the time! The woodwork (frame) was sanded down to a smooth finished before being prepped, primed in haft primer then finished in PU satin.

A nice job done which lead us straight on to some external works at the same property for that Kerb appeal! Photos to follow 🌞😎

Ground floor complete from a recent project at the Chocolate quarter at Fry’s in Keynsham

-All Ceilings & Walls prepared and repainted
-Oak stairs being sanded back and finished with 2 coats of anti slip oil.
-White gloss doors and anthracite gloss frames

This was a nice big job with a few obstacles along the way, a lot of out of hours put in to get it pushed over the line in good time.

After some extensive prep especially on the stairs and banister we were extremely happy as were the clients with the end result 👌🏼

Bathroom decorations ☑️

Full preparation needed on this one due to the paint failing in many places due to poor prep and the wrong paint used from the previous paint job.

All flaking areas were scrapped back, zinsseruk Peel stop applied and filled out a couple times to a smooth finish. All edges including along the tile trim were filled and then a tight bead of caulk to create a more uniform finish ready for the paints.

A nice transformation which has left the space looking more modern and fresh. Customers were over the moon with the attention to detail and the finish. A third phase of works booked in as well👌🏼

A leaking roof meant we had some water damages to repair, a new kitchen left some making good. A pair of large electrical doors which were smoke damaged were prepared and finished in a high gloss to match the existing woodwork throughout.

All works completed out of hours on a weekend to ensure the office was fully operational 👌🏼

Kingston house office refreshed in Taunton. This work was done out of hours across the weekend. Woodwork was tapped off and protected, all signage taken off and walls prepared and repainted in white with the stair wall in dulux natural slate.

Pigeon 💚

We had the pleasure of not only finishing this one but also deciding on the colour! We felt this shade would really work with the overall design and has left the space looking modern and classy. The customers have now decided to use this colour in their hallways throughout 👌🏼

AirBnB decorations complete in Bristol for a new client, a beautiful apartment with some stunning views 😍

Walls went from a light grey to a colour we have used a lot recently, Cadagon stone from this has certainly made this space feel warmer and more modern!

We had the pleasure of transforming this stunning room in Keynsham. Cornice refreshed in white, All wallpaper removed and walls prepared, lot of filling and sanding with our machines to get them flat and uniform. All woodwork was tapped off and left at the customers request but touched in where needed at the end. We also sprayed up the fireplace in black 👌🏼

Large office reception area completed over the Christmas break! This was the start of a large commercial project for a new client with all communal areas being sorted. It’s had it’s challenges with being a busy live building, one big final push to get this one over the line!

This had come finished from a joinery shop but my customer noticed a few noticeable discrepancies which they wanted sorting to get as close to a perfect finish as possible! We padded down the surface, cleaned and tack clothed before getting to work with a few brushes and their short pile microfibre roller.

Really happy with the end result which you can see more closely in the short video.

Hallway, stairs & landing brought back to life!l

This recently built town house was finished the classic ‘new build way’ Cheap contract matt throughout and with little prep done so when it come to re decorating we had to go back to come forward and ultimately provide our customer with a job that’s been done the right way using quality materials to give a durable lasting finish.

Full protection to carpets, sockets and all other surfaces prior to any works. All surfaces were sanded down with our machines to eliminate heavy brush/ roller marks, filler that had been painted over which gave us a smooth uniform base to work from. Most of the caulk needing digging out and re doing, the stair stringers where cracking is so common we racked out, applied flexible filler followed by normal filler then sealed using CT1 sealant. Around all the oak we created a sharp caulk like to rectify the unfinished look which now looks a lot sharper (small details make all the difference)

All areas were finished in top durable paints which is essential in a higher traffic area.

Woodwork finished in Scuff x Satin In super white.
