1. As we charge less that the maximum rate for a annual test at www.lnmotors.co.uk - people are actually saving money anyway

2. If this were to happen then it would put road safety at risk whereby a lot of people who do not maintain cars would put other road users at risk by driving un roadworthy vehicles

3. This could lead to potentially higher costs in a '1 off payment' whereby people will have high invoices in order to have repairs carried out ,

4. This would be a reversal on the decision made by the government who have previously agreed that this would be a risk in road safety
