Are you struggling to retain your teams?

I know the feeling– 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘦𝘴….

I was promoted to a leadership role, and I quickly realised that managing people is a 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲 than being a team member.

The pressure to grow the team was immense, but with each new hire,
someone else seemed to be leaving. It was a frustrating and exhausting cycle!!

I tried everything—from additional training to implementing new policies—but nothing seemed to stick.

The problem ran deeper than I realised. It wasn't just about management skills; it was about understanding 𝙬𝙝𝙮 people were leaving in the first place.

What I would have looked for was for someone external to come in and
conduct a 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁.

This audit is a tool that uncovers the underlying issues driving employee turnover.

A question that frequently arises in leadership circles.

As a mental fitness coach, Clare always preaches the importance of taking breaks and prioritising mental health, but this time, she hits on a personal level.

She used to glorify the hustle when I was working in the past as a young manager. And it wasn’t great.

Thankfully now, she learned to listen to her body, set healthy boundaries and delegate effectively.
