โžกStart your journey of time management. By establishing the tasks and time they require, youโ€™ll feel less overwhelmed and make the tasks more manageable in the long run.
โžกEstablish your non-negotiables. Set a specific time in the day that will be used exclusively for your non-negotiable, whether going to the gym, spending time with your family, or meditating.
โžกFind a hobby that interests you outside of work. It must push you to feel replenished and energised while improving your self-esteem.

When you spend a good amount of time in the same job position there is no doubt that youโ€™ve grown as a person and skilled professional for which ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐œ๐š๐ง ๐ซ๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐š ๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ฌ๐ž if one has not been given.

The exact amount you can ask for will be subject to factors such as job duties, your performance and the location (if remote or on-site job).

But today, I just want to give you a few tips on how you can negotiate this pay raise.
