They typically engage with your marketing efforts, such as downloading eBooks, signing up for webinars, or subscribing to newsletters. While MQLs show potential, they are not yet fully primed for direct sales outreach. At this stage, your marketing team nurtures them with relevant content to move them further down the funnel.

2. Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs): SQLs are MQLs who have displayed a stronger intent to make a purchase. They have interacted with your content, engaged with your brand, and shown signs of being ready for a sales conversation.
