Wow!! People beware here’s something I never knew, although I thought I was eating the best tuna that was not over fished etc but this is something off the scale. Tuna contains mercury and some species contain a lot more than others,

Canned light tuna is the better, lower-mercury choice, according to the FDA and EPA. Canned white and yellowfin tuna are higher in mercury, but still okay to eat. Bigeye tuna should be avoided completely, but that species isn't used for canned tuna anyway.

Well that’s wrong as It is used for tin Tuna the brand I’ve been buying 😠 nixe sold by Lidl and other super markets not just that it’s not 100% bad tuna it’s mixed fish 😭

Apparently skipjack is the best to eat but the most overfished 🤨
Apparently eating two cans of bigeye tuna a day is a serious health risk

So sorry there has been no action on this page for a long time i,m not the best at social media🤣and i,m always so busy just don't have the time, but many things have changed including the opening hours. we are now open from 8am through til 7pm, hopefully when we get our drinks licence we will be open till a lot later, but if you ever fancy a drink with your meal we are byo and your welcome to bring your own poison lol.
street food is always available on the weekend with curry goat and brown stew chicken being the favourites and now we are doing homemade awesome burgers. hopefully see you soon Love from all @ East st East St Deli
