Hormones dictate the majority of functions that happen in our body, including sebum production, progesterone, estrogen & testosterone trigger this in particular - and as these hormones fluctuate it also causes the swelling of the skin, compression of the pores & as a result more oil build up. 😵‍💫

How can we lessen the effects that pms and hormonal changes have on our skin?
