Welcome back to our ongoing film series highlighting the vibrant music department at Wells Cathedral School. This week, we shine a spotlight on the Percussion Department, tracing the inspiring journey of Year 12 pupil, Wilamena Dyer.

🥁 Wilamena's had some fantastic opportunities such as the chance to play alongside renowned UK percussionists like Evelyn Glennie and Owen Gunnel. Her regular performances with the school symphony orchestra reflect the high-calibre musical opportunities available.

🎓 Aspirations Beyond Wells:
As Wilamena anticipates her final year at Wells Cathedral School, she looks ahead to joining a UK conservatoire for percussion studies. Her long-term goal? To become a music therapist, utilising her dual talents in cello and percussion to make a positive impact.

Integrity Films is super proud to be working with Andy and Kim Murray’s gorgeous Cromlix Hotel in Dunblane Scotland. The hotel has just undergone a 3 month makeover and is looking super stylish with fresh new colours, textures and artwork in every room. This is just a little taster film, whilst I’m currently editing a longer film which will detail all the major changes in the Cromlix and plans for the future. All very exciting!

It's been a busy time for me for the first couple of months this year directing, shooting an editing trailers for a number of theatre shows. This is the third promo that I have created (fourth one currently in the edit), and this time it's for a fabulous new circus show called 'Cirque'. Cirque is a spectacular extravaganza that cleverly brings together Musical Theatre and all things circus. I throughly enjoyed shooting and editing this new promo for the ultimate Queen tribute act 'Radio Ga Ga' brought to you by entertainers.co.uk. I was super impressed with the dedication of Mark (the front man) to bring a little bit of Freddie Mercury and his moves back to the stage and to audiences across the UK.

Here's the latest promo I've made, this time for a super cool show called 'The Story of Soul' for Entertainers.
During the shoot I got to meet Mel Day, runner up on this years Britains got Talent. Mel makes a special guest appearance in the show, and aside from being a true gent, he's a fantastic performer and had the audience up on their feet bopping along!

Proud to have completed a new promotional video for 90s Live, a fantastic show put together by Explosive Productions and Entertainers. This show has all the 90s classics - Take That, Spice Girls, Oasis, Back Street Boys and many more. I was pretty much always an 80s kind of guy since that was my era, but I have to say that making this promo showed me that there really was some great music that came out of the 90s too.

'Legend, the music of Bob Marley' is an unforgettable evening celebrating this musical icon in one fantastic stage show extravaganza. Combining his superb, distinctive vocals with flawless musicianship, and a supremely talented cast.
I was fortunate enough to film and edit the promo for this show, and I can certainly say that the audience were having an absolute blast bopping away to all the classics that night - 'One Love', 'Could You Be Loved", 'Three Little Birds and many more.

I'm delighted to have shot and edited this promo video for 'It's Not Unusual' a Tom Jones tribute act put together by the brilliant Entertainers team. If like me you are based in Bristol, I know that it's coming to the Playhouse Theatre in Weston Super Mare on the 12th June and promises to be a really fun night out. I think Glastonbury Tor is probably one of my most favourite places in the world. It's magical, mysterious and of course the view from the top is simply breathtaking! I couldn't resist paying a visit with my drone yesterday to get a bit of flying practice in, and came away with a collection of shots which I've now edited into an atmospheric little video. Glastonbury is just the best! 😍

I recently got myself a DJI Air 2S drone and I'm absolutely loving learning to use it! Today I took it out for a little test shoot with a few friends at Warleigh Weir in Claverton near Bath. It's such a beautiful spot and I was able to capture a few lovely shots as my friends braved the cold water swimming wild in the weir. Once I'd landed the drone I got in for a dip myself, stayed in for precisely 2 minutes and then promptly got out again! Damn it was cold, but I felt amazing afterwards! Think I'll be going again, but next time it will be in the summer!
Hope you like my little edit. I've still got some work to do developing my drone operating skills but I'm steadily getting there.
