Our linepump doing 100m of pipeline through the tunnel at Chipping Sodbury Hanson quarry this week. Was potentially a 3 day pour, but we managed to get it done in 1 day. Needless to say we had to wear waders to get the job done.

450mm deep concrete over a 100 meter long tunnel. We pumped 170m³ of C50 concrete with structural fibres. Our linepump absolutely smashed it.

Well done to all involved, was a hard day's work, but customer is over the moon we managed to get it done ahead of schedule.

Our newest addition to the fleet has been busy doing what it does best. And it does look good😍

Our 24 has been squeezing into two low sheds this week. Both consisting if 120m³ each. We poured one on Monday and the other Wednesday.

We love showing off the versatility of our little boom. She really knows how to get it done.

Both pumps have been out this week and receiving concrete from new ready mix lorry.

Our 38m boom poured 180m³ into footings and over sites. And our 24m boom poured 36m³ into a reinforced slab.

We are looking for a pump operator to join our growing team, whether you have experience or not, we are happy to give training to the right candidate.

This job is not for the light hearted, it is physical, you are out in all weather. However, every day is different and there are always new challenges.

You will earn 45-60k per a year. You will be doing 40 - 60 hour weeks, the hours vary from day to day.

We pride ourselves on doing a good job, being clean and efficient. Our lorries are all kept up together and clean.

Our 38 was out again filling these ICF walls with 28m³ of Melksham Mini Mix creamy 10mm aggregate RC35 pump mix.

Using our special flat folding pipe, we were able to do 4 laps around these walls without spilling a drop.

We have been pumping and laying screed for a while now, but using our linepumps to pump it.

Well, now we have our very own screed trailer pump. This gives us more flexibility in order to complete your screed jobs when you want them.

With this small design, we can unhitch and move into tight areas/driveways, and with the small lightweight pipes, we can menouver them easily.

This also gives us the added bonus of smaller washouts, meaning less mess and happier customers.

Here's a job where we supplied 12m³ of RC32/40 pump mix for this raft foundation at the rear of this property.

The closest we could park the lorry was on a neighbours drive(with their permission), and this required 75 meters of pipe.

Needless to say, we completed the job with no hickups or problems. Another very happy customer💪
