It is a home based beautiful sanctuary, where you can rebalance your energies and re-energise.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, is a traditional Massage from Hawaii that uses a combination of techniques, embodying ancient Huna wisdom to promote harmony and balance in the body and mind.

Gong baths & Gong therapy, use the Gongs beautiful vibrational sound to reduce stress, alter consciousness, and create a deep sense of peace and well-being.

At various times throughout my 51 years, I’ve struggled with my own mental health, the ups and downs of everyday life making you feel that you’re riding a never ending rollercoaster with no way to get off.

Called out to one of the very worst bed bug infestations I’ve dealt with in 31 years today.

The spread of bed bugs has become a growing concern in recent years. These tiny, blood-sucking insects have the ability to hitch a ride on clothing, luggage, and furniture, allowing them to easily travel from one location to another.

Bed bugs are known to infest homes (as above), and even public transportation.

Their ability to reproduce quickly and their resistance to many common pesticides make them incredibly difficult to eradicate.

The rise in international travel and the lack of public awareness about prevention and control methods have contributed to the rapid spread of these bugs.

It is crucial to be vigilant and take necessary precautions to prevent the spread of these insects!

When it can be as easy as this to stop a long standing rat problem!

Made my second visit this week to a rank of four adjoining houses that have been experiencing ongoing rat problems for three years.

Other Bristol companies had attended over this period and laid rodenticide, but not been able to find the source of ingress into the rank of houses.

On our first visit, we identified that 2 out of 4 houses had the drainage bungs missing inside the inspection chambers, which will allows rats to easily bypass the water trapped u-bend and exploit any defects further up the pipework under the houses.

We fitted these easily and at low cost and after our second visit, no further issues have been noted.

With the rising cost of inflation, wages (for most of us) staying the same, food costs up, fuel costs up and on and on, when you’ve had a recurring rat problem, having this treated time and time again can be very costly.

It is recognised that at least 8 out of 10 internal rat issues are caused by defects in your drainage system.

Having your drainage inspected with a CCTV camera itself can cost anywhere between £300-500 and that’s before you go down the route of looking at remediation of any faults.

Quite often insurances will argue that rats have caused damage to your drains and will not cover the associated costs of fixing faults.

To this end, when drainage is at the heart of your ongoing rat problems, WE CAN offer a solution 🙂

Here we have fitted a stainless steel non return valve into our customers property.

The valve if positioned in the correct position within the drainage system will prevent further rat activity and save you thousands of pounds in drainage remediation.

The valve does not ‘fix’ the drain fault, but when it is placed in the correct position within the drainage, it WILL stop rats finding and exploiting the fault and therefore finding their way into your home time and time again.

It’s an inexpensive solution to an often very costly problem.

A total of 8 dead rats removed from this nest that was stinking out a Bristol office on our visit last week.
We successfully identified the route of entry via the sewer system, fitted a drain valve to prevent further access, cleared all the sodden and stinky insulation and disinfected tge area to leave the office smelling fresh again.

Part 2. Building looking superb after an environmental clean up.

Thousands of rat droppings removed, all rat smearing scrubbed, cleaned and removed.

All areas disinfected and deodorised (no more stench!!.. 🤢🤢🤮)

One very happy national building company able to report back to its client, their property is now rat free and safe for contractors to go in and start the refurbishment.

Another day another clean up. (Part 1)

Called in by a national building company who had completed a strip out of a commercial unit in Bristol.

Since the strip out involved taking the building back to fundamental bricks and mortar, all toilets had been removed.

Little did thought go into the process that open wc pipework is a direct link to the sewers.

Jump a couple of months forward when a routine inspection visit was made to site by the owners, led to the shock of a lifetime when rats had made the property their new home.

Rat latrines littered the top floor of the building with thousands of droppings and smearing evident everywhere you looked 😳😳😳

A 2 visit treatment carried out to drastically reduce/quell the mammoth number of rats present then the clean up operation commenced..

Absolutely delighted with the result of our treatment for this customer.

We were recommended to this customer after she has lived with Rats in her loft for the last seven years.

As you can see by the many rat runs and latrines through the insulation, this loft has seen extensive and continued rat activity for a very long time.

The smell in the loft was unbearable and permeated through into the whole upstairs of her property.

Now, not saying that Advance Pest Control Bristol Ltd wear capes to work 😜😜, but on our first visit (unlike NONE of the previous companies who’d attended) we inspected the drains and found what we believed to be the point of ingress into her home.

Our customer is now waiting to see if the insurance company will pay for the expensive remediation works to her drainage.

I the interim, we have supplied and installed a stainless steel non return valve into the branch work of the drains we know are at fault and as of yesterday, she now remains totally rat free for the 1st time in 7 years!!.. 🕺🏻🕺🏻

Not only NOW rat free, but smell free as we have removed all the contaminated loft insulation, vacuumed away all the thousands of rat droppings, disinfected and neutralised the offending smells, leaving one very happy customer 🙂
