Badger Face sheep are a Welsh heritage breed. They are left to graze on pasture all year round. have over 14 different grasses on their farm - along with lots of wild flowers and hedgerow - providing a nutritious and varied diet for the sheep which maximises the flavour of the meat. These sheep are land managers for as long as possible before they are sent off to slaughter.

For chicken dishes these organic ex-laying hens offer an intense flavour hit. The colour when cooked is something else 👉 we get these from an organic farm in the heart of the Quantock Hills specialising in sustainable, regenerative farming practices. Perfect for a coq au vin 👌

This herd of Longhorn cattle reared on an organic farm in Mid Devon are slow-grown which means that they reach maturity naturally without supplements or over feeding. Knowing that our beef comes from here means that you can trust the quality and help to support local, ethical farming practices
