We are a corporate law firm based in Bristol. Our areas of expertise include new company formations, company share restructures and company secretarial solutions and we are looking for someone to join our friendly Company Formations team in our office in Wick.

Job Title: Company Formations Advisor
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
- Salary: £22,000 per annum
- 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Enrolment into the company’s pension scheme

The Role (Full training will be given):
- Keying in company formation details based on client instructions
- Checking and preparing company formation applications
- Answering formation queries by phone and email
- Creating invoices and sending out formation documents
