We are often asked what is featherboard fencing and how it's done.
So.... here it is, a overview of the process to install a featherboard fence using Postsaver: Extending Fence Post Life Since 1994

Bromley heath. What was once a tired and rotting fence has now been replaced by a new featherboard and capped fence with a heavy duty secure gate. All posts installed with post savers (Postsaver: Extending Fence Post Life Since 1994 )

This week we have been in Downend replacing an old fence with rotten posts with concrete posts and closed board panels.

Phase 2 of the Stoke Park install. Re board and brace an old feather edge fence and internally clad with our favorite planned timber.

A big clearance going on, overgrown conifers and old picket fence replaced with new feather board fence. Thanks to Gnarly Trees Bristol for clearing the way.

No need to replace a complete fence if it's still standing... sometimes a simple new post replacement can do the job as a cost friendly option.

Hanham, new fence using existing concrete posts. Finished with capping and a lot of waste gone.

Well that was a big job, complete garden wrap around. 1.8m Milano panels, concrete post and a combination of 6" and 12" gravel boards to suit the level change.

You don't always need the whole fence replaced. This was a 15ft section that needed replacing with a stronger pressure treated post and rail finish.
