The heat pumps keep on coming… super busy here at Swift with our heat pump teams booked well into the new year. The increase to £7,500 seems to have increased the interest and certainly made it a lot more affordable to switch to low carbon heating. These R290 Vaillant Arotherm Plus units make it even easier, higher temperatures, higher efficiencies and great design and usability with .uk controls! Work coming along very nicely at this latest development of luxury houses in Somerset… 8 high spec dwellings all with Altherma split type heat pumps to give greater flexibility for installation locations. We’re looking for more developers requiring expert installation and design services to help them transition to heat pumps seamlessly

Another project reaching its conclusion… 6 HMOs all running Altherma 3 mono’s and pre-plumber cylinders. Our works included all hot and colds, flow and returns and full system design. All systems being switched on ready for occupancy in the next few weeks!

All in a days work… 2 Panasonic air to air units installed in Walton in Gordano, keeping customers cool in the warm weather

Commissioning complete… another great project up and running. Using some innovative ideas and thinking we’re able to run 5 hot water cylinders and the heating for the 5 flats from one heat pump. This home has been extensively renovated and insulated to create and eco development complete with cylinders and a air source heat pump. The large plant room has allowed us to install a buffer vessel and all controls with metering for each flat. The smart Mixergy cylinders allow independent control and fast recovery times and underfloor heating throughout means the building will be toasty and warm come winter
