"After a lively summer here at the spiny lobster celebrating graduations, summer jazz, late summer evenings, leisurely family lunches and all things we love about summer, we are now looking forward to moving into the new Autumn season and seeing our bookings looking just as busy.
We are excited to let you know that we are expanding our kitchen team and are looking for extra chefs to join in on the fun. Charlie and the squad are looking for someone to add to their experienced team who would thrive from working in a busy kitchen with endless amounts of knowledge to learn from. Our fishmongers, along with our talented chefs provide great experience and development for chefs wanting to learn more about the anatomy of fish and the beautiful simplicity of cooking over fire.
