Did you know..

"HEKLA" is our GMs concoction. This one is fresh, complex & savoury. For those is a milder sweet tooth. The concept is a combination of martini's, Ashleigh's favourite and Iceland's amazing tomatoes where our current collaborator Reyka Vodka hails from!

Our latest special is a martini inspired by the volcanic soils of Iceland, used grow crops of tomatoes, it’s also one of Manager Ashleigh's favourite drinks!

"Skal" is his brain child. It's sweet and dry and tastes almost medicinal. Created in collaboration with Reyka Vodka and Mixed with Avallen to make pure magic!

Icelandic beauty! Our special "Skal" is no.2 this month.

This one is a nordic wonder with notes of apples and and cider and served in a tall glass with lots of ice and topped with candied ginger!

Our second drink in collaboration with Reyka is "Skál", an Icelandic term for cheers! Created by our very own Sid!

This drink is heavily inspired by mead, the beverage used to unite Nords of old and new. Reyka gives a wonderful backbone to the dry crisp apple flavors of Avallen and Caple Road Cider. Rounded off by the shooting sweet flavours of honey. 🍯

Iceland Street: The name comes from the muppet show “sesame street” because it was the first thing that came to my mind the moment our Head Bartender Asia decided to choose sesame as one of the ingredients and since Reyka is an Icelandic vodka I just mixed them in order to create “iceland street”.

We were taken out for an incredible meal and brought to the bar to split service between the Hyde Team and the Fox and Chance team for the night.

This week we're showing you our highlights from our Hyde Takeover x Giffard at Fox and Chance in Birmingham!

We had the pleasure of being warmly welcomed into the fold at Fox and Chance Cocktail Bar earlier this month for our Hyde & Co Bar Takeover and boy did we have a blast!

Birmingham Cocktail Weekend is a long weekend dedicated to celebrating the best of the city’s bar scene. Now in it’s 10th year, is Birmingham’s largest and best loved cocktail festival!
