Litchi, it’s an alternative to the DJI Go 4 app. In my opinion, Litchi is tonnes better, as it’s so customisable and has some more safety features that the DJI Go 4 App doesn’t have.

We love looking back at the flight path we’ve flown. Always amusing to see what pattern it was, as when you’re in the moment of filming you’re concentrate on getting the shot and your surroundings to ensure safety.

A new hot air balloon being tested at Ashton Court Manor a while back.

The client wanted to have some footage at this epic location of their new hot air balloon. It was a tethered launch and we even had the chance to go up in it ourselves!

Photography and editing skills are always improved when doing it regularly. Like a muscle that you’ve got to train. Progress is the name of the game.

The same goes for aerial drone flying. It’s always good to build in training days at locations you feel at ease, so that focus can be on improving the flying skills and try out new things. These new skills can then be implemented in projects for clients.

Who doesn’t love a bit of inspection and engineering works!

This was taken with the 3x optical zoom lens of the DJI Mavic 3 Pro with the drone kept at a safe distance. We should have also captured one with the 7x optical zoom lens, but for some reason we didn’t. Probably because it was not as aesthetically pleasing to the eye as this one.
