Did you know today is national tea day. How do you like yours?

As most of you will know here at the Flight Lounge our chefs have always handcut our chips & we have always received lovely compliments. But recently the quality of our potatoes have been a little hit & miss which means sometimes the chips don’t cook or look as good as they should. So we have decided to make the change & serve pre cut skin on fries. These will be served from tomorrow, we hope you enjoy them!!

Good Friday, Saturday, Easter Sunday & bank holiday Monday ……..

We are looking for someone to join our team here at The Flight Lounge. You must be able to work as part of a team, liaise with our chefs and other staff. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills and can interact with customers on a friendly & professional level. Duties will include making hot/cold drinks, taking orders, delivering food, using the till & keeping a clean & tidy environment. The hours will initially be Thursdays 8.45-4pm but other shifts will be available to help cover staff holidays & occasional sickness. Some weekend availability is a must. Experience is preferred especially in using the coffee machine but training can be given to the right person. Good rates of pay dependant on age & experience, free onsite parking & free lunch.
