We are delighted to announce that the Margate WI Christmas Fayre is returning to Dreamland once again this year on Saturday 2 December 2023.
The indoor event, set against the retro loveliness of the Roller Rink, provides the perfect opportunity for people to pick up Christmas gifts for loved ones, and also maybe treat themselves (well it would be rude not to!).
We have a brilliant selection of stalls booked, featuring some of the most talented makers, designers and independent businesses in Thanet. They will have greeting cards, jewellery, coastal inspired gifts, bright and beautiful homewares, hand-crafted ceramics, fabric and sewn goods and much much more.
And of course, as we are the Women’s Institute, we will be running our ever-popular tombola for people to try their luck at winning prizes while helping to support local good causes in the process.
If you are looking for a fun festive event full of magnificent must-haves, gorgeous gifts and fun stocking fillers, then pop along to our fayre and meet our wonderful stall holders.
Margate WI Christmas Fayre runs from 11am to 4pm and has free admission.

🎉It's my 30th birthday today, so to celebrate this milestone I've decided to throw a giveaway 🎉

The winner will receive a custom pompom garland in their colour/colours of choice and be the first this year to get their hands on the brussel sprout tree decorations.

So today is a bit of a weird mixture of feelings for me.

I'm not back teaching this September (maybe not even this school year) and it's felt so weird not planning over the holidays or decorating my new classroom.

On the one hand I'm sad as I love teaching and I can't see myself doing any other job. But equally I'm so looking forward to the extra time I'll be able to spend with my little boy ❤️ (and hopefully putting some more time into Pompom Craft).
