I believe this is what the kids today call a ‘fit’… 🩷 Listening to the Sugababes’ Glastonbury set (on repeat 😬) in our little shop by the sea over the weekend got me thinking about what a cool kid would wear to a festival these days. 💛 I built the look around this preloved Stella McCartney knit, because it’s amazing and because I wanted to show you that as well as everyday wear we have sourced some real preloved gems that are perfect for special occasions. Second hand really isn’t second best! 💚 Are you heading to a music festival with kids this summer? It’s a great chance to dress up, explore new music, food and cultural experiences and there are so many family-friendly events now that excel at entertaining kids and adults together. Another wonderful storytime @kinder__collective with @tideandseekbroadstairs this morning 🦀 ☀️ Today we listened to Sophie read two books that celebrate nature in Spring. First was Extraordinary Gardener by @samboughton a heart-warming story of how a wondrous imagination can bring colour into an ordinary world. The second story was Bee by @britta_teckentrup a tale of the wondrous journey of a little bee, brought to life through stunning illustrations. ☀️ As always, we can’t thank the parents for joining us for our in store events. We love meeting, watching and listening to all your little ones. We hope you enjoyed it and have fun sowing your seeds at home and watching them grow together! ☀️ A huge thank you to Sophie of @tideandseekbroadstairs for bringing the stories alive! For those who were unable to join us, she has also curated a thoughtful edit of nature-loving books in store for all those little adventurers!
