45 day aged, ex dairy beef sirloin, horseradish emulsion or
Vegan coal roasted miso swede, chestnut crumb;

All served with;
Roast heritage carrots with pine nuts & salsa verde. Stout glazed charcoal hips with a buttered crumb. Grilled Celeriac with hazelnuts. Beef dripping layered potato (non dripping for vegans) with rosemary salt, Yorkshire pudding & jus.

We are looking to recruit 2 front of house staff to join the team. Our opening hours are from Thursday evening through to Sunday lunch so weekend availability is a must as is experience in the industry. Both roles are approx 25 hrs a week.

In return we offer great rates of pay, fantastic tips, working in a great environment with a fantastic team & our customers are pretty amazing too. We are closed every bank holiday Monday as an added extra. Over 18s only.

After an amazing ride for the last three years our Head Chef has decided to move on so we are looking for someone new to head up our team.

We are a 28 cover seafront restaurant serving small plates cooked with a Spanish influence, over fire in an open kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous looking for their first Head Chef role or an experienced Head Chef looking for a move.
