Carpenter required to install joists and staircase in new extension.

Office administrator for small building contract.

Ordering materials & paying wages / invoices , must have spread sheet experience, the role will require ordering building materials from suppliers so knowledge of basic building materials is an advantage.

Start date mid may.

9 to 5 pm , initially mon to weds leading to possible 5 day once project go’s into full production.

This is a self employed role so you will invoice the main contractor and be paid weekly , week in hand. PM skills & day rate.

Plumber required for Flat & shop refurb in Ramsgate.

Air conditioning engineer required.

Suspended ceiling contractors required.

Shop Refurb Ramsgate.

Labours required Ramsgate,

Monday to Saturday 8 till 5pm, paid weekly on a Saturday. Week in hand.

Own tools is an advantage,

Basic building & Carpentry skills advantage.

Start date mid May.
