Prepare for your goals. Enjoy your meals twice but in different combos.
I use precooked chicken from previous meals. Wheat also previously cooked and ready for me. Nice fresh salad and some monk beans that are fresh today and it will be ready for my next meal tomorrow.
Easy enjoyable combinations that you love are going to help throughout you belt and well-being journey. Make it simple. Love food.

Why brake fast is so important for me.

I have tried to do it with, without, and a big variety of sizes, ingredients and flavours.
I have stuck to that one for a while now.
The first reason is the pancake it self not the content but what the actual item is. I have a special bond wit that food because it will always remind me for good times when I was little.
Second and very important is the ingredients that makes the start of the day to looks more like a jump start.
A massive portion of protein, carbohydrates , fibres, good fat, vitamins and minerals.

I am sharing this with you so you can look deeper when choosing your brake fast. If you haven’t already tried to have one now can be the best time.
Choose a specific food that is special for you and brings joy.
Try to adjust it to fit you current body needs(make few swaps if necessary).
Keep trying.
I am here to witness your success.
Share with me. I want ti know how does it feel, and if there are any issues we can always work it out.

Also when brake fast is present all the rest get to it’s place. You will be hungry at lunch and dinner, so make sure you are well prepared.

How do you prepare a healthier snack?

Quick tip:

Soak a tea spoon of chia seeds in milk or plant based milk overnight
Add some fruit (bananas, dried apricots or something else)
Add some seeds or nuts ( cashews, almonds or hazelnuts)
Leav it overnight and then enjoy it as a snack

No matter how prepared you think you are the foot path can have another idea. We should Perseu our goals no matter how ridicules it will appear to the others. There is only one way forward.

Why not try resistance training?
