✨I had a dream…✨ I just didn’t think it would work this well! Picture this, a single 22 year old mom, no friends with babies wanting to get fit but because my support system was running businesses and working I had the baby with me the whole time. When would I have time to work out when I did not have my qualification then? This is where the dream began. To make classes where childcare isn’t needed. We started of with 1 each thinking that would be enough, fast forward to nearly a year and we have 4 baby classes and 1 pregnancy 😱 My job doesn’t feel like work, it’s something I truly enjoy doing each week and forever grateful to everyone who supports me, whether it was the past, current or even the future. 3 easy weightloss tips to get you started 💪🏽 If you need help with your weightloss journey comment “TRANSFORMATION” for a message from me 😊🩵🧡

1. I kept moving! Whether it was little bits here and there I would move. I wouldn’t sit for longer than 20 mins at a time. 2. I carried on weight training! Some moms to be think they can’t carry on weight lifting but they can. Don’t get me wrong I doubted my ability to lift the weight but I dropped the weight a touch and increased reps, sets and rest periods. 3. I taught classes to women who were in my position and who I would soon be in there’s. Those classes and the ladies in them kept me going on my darkest days and been my support system ever since! 4. I lightly trained core and pelvic floor 3 times a week, this allowed me to not lose too much strength and keep my pelvic floor in good nick especially after a 3rd child! 5. I listened to my body! If my body told me to have a rest day I did, if I felt I would feel better from a workout I would! This made me feel more confident and released the endorphins I truly needed. Do what you think is right for you and your body and of course that beautiful bundle of joy you are growing. Check with the right professionals before doing anything new, heavy or controversial also 🤰🫶🏽
