Tiny little hand casts, always blows my mind just how quickly little ones change. Love getting to see families when they come to collect their frames and see how much your little has changed in a short space of time.

I can’t believe how quickly August and the summer holidays are going! My kiddos will be back to school in a fortnight and Autumn will start to feel even closer, where does the time go! My diary is filling up fast with appointments and events so please get in touch if you would like to book a casting appointment.

Casting is suitable for all ages. It’s probably my most asked question, from a few days old all the way into your golden years casting is a perfect way to capture a special moment of your loved one. I love how .coggan.photography has captured this lovely shot of me casting at the brunch club. Little Taylor loved having his foot casts taken and gave me all the smiles during his session.

I love a good close up. There are lots of different stages that go into ensuring your casts are perfect. It takes time and patience but it’s so worth it when the end result is as beautiful as this.

It’s a tad warm today! Hope everyone is managing, enjoying extra ice lollies and the paddling pools are out. Today’s kiddos have all been superstars for their appointments and I’m excited to see how their casts come out.

It’s the last full day of our family holiday today and the first holiday I have had whilst been fully self employed running my small business. It’s difficult to fully switch off, I have tried to focus on a few early morning and evening posts so I can switch off during the day. Little Myles and his parents came to visit when he was 10 days old. His beautiful little pearly casts have so much tiny detail.

Back to work next week. Please keep in mind I am away on my family holiday this week in Scotland. Having the best time here, the boys are climbing Ben Nevis today whilst us girls are taking to the sea on a sailing trip to spot some local wildlife. The little legs of a six year girl flatly refused the 1345m accent of Ben Nevis 🙈

Little Freddie what a dream to cast. Such an amazing appointment chatting with your lovely mommy, having a nice cup of coffee and capturing your beautiful casts. I never stop feeling incredibly grateful when you choose me to capture your little one’s casts.

Baby feet are so incredibly cute.

My last appointment for the month all completed. I will be available on messages for the next couple of days, frame collections are happening Friday for those that have been messaged. I will be away on holiday from this Saturday the 27th until Sunday the 4th, I’m going to be posting during this time but replying to messages will be limited so please keep this in mind.

There are so many different frame and mount options available. Please always ask if there is a design style you have in mind that you can’t see on my page, chances are my fabulous framer will be able to create it for you.

The gold finish is so incredibly popular at the moment, I’m working on some lovely frames at the moment which I can’t wait to share once they are all completed.

I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend. Our kiddos broke up from school on Friday, it was also our sons last day at first school so lots of emotions. We had a lovely bbq Friday evening to celebrate the start of the summer holidays and enjoy the lovely sunshine. This little boys frame went off to its forever home this week. I met this lovely family a few years ago and created their daughter’s frame. I was so happy to see them again to create a matching frame for their son. Initials supplied by the fabulous

Nine days new and all of this newborn detail captured forever. This is the beauty of casting, always reminding you how little they once were.

What a lovely week it has been meeting lots of new families and capturing lots of lovely casts. Next week I will be focusing on finishing frames off, please keep in mind I break up for my family holiday at the end of the month and appointment slots are very limited now.
