🌾✨ Today, we wrapped up our farm week with a mini harvest festival! 🎉 We had the pleasure of inviting our friends from Redwood Care Home to join us for this special celebration, it was amazing to see them again! ❤️👵👴

Throughout the week, we’ve been collecting donations for the incredible Saint Basil's Charity, which supports homeless young adults aged 16-22. This amazing group helps provide a place to live, assists them in finding jobs, and empowers them to move forward and live independently. 🏠💼💪

We really wanted to make a difference and give back to those who truly need it. We couldn’t be more grateful to all our wonderful parents for donating such a vast amount of items! 🙏🧡

🌟Let’s talk dummies🌟

Dummies can be a source of comfort for little ones, but did you know there are important reasons why we should limit their use? 🤔

👶 While it's okay to use a dummy for soothing, constant use can affect your child's speech development, oral health, and even cause issues with teeth alignment 🦷. Overuse might also delay those precious early sounds and words we all love to hear! 🗣️💬

Here are a few tips for healthy dummy use:
✨ Keep it for nap times and bedtime 😴.
✨ Encourage talking, singing, and reading 📚🎶 to develop language skills.
✨ Plan a "bye-bye dummy" day when your child is ready 🎉!

Remember, every child is different, and it's okay to seek guidance from us if you’re unsure! ❤️ We're here to help your child grow into their brightest and happiest selves! 🌟

One of our wonderful former preschool families reached out today. They are urgently looking for someone to work 1-1 with their child who has special educational needs (SEN). 🧒❤️

They are looking for a dedicated carer for 5 hours a week at £15 per hour (time and day/s to be discussed/agreed). 📅💷

A wonderful 8 year old boy with complex special needs. He is non verbal autistic, has ADHD, and global developmental delay. 🧒❤️

Care will be provided within the family home and the wider community as appropriate. 🏡🌳

Sarah's sessions not only empower our children but also create a vibrant, inclusive environment where everyone can participate and thrive. We can't recommend her enough for her dedication and the invaluable opportunities she provides for our Preschoolers.

☔️🌞 Talk about weather extremes! Our outdoor learning sessions have gone from super soggy to incredibly dry in just a matter of weeks. But rain or shine, we're dedicated to providing enriching experiences for our little learners. From jumping in puddles to basking in the sunshine, every moment is an opportunity for discovery and adventure.🌈🌱

🚲🦋 We've invested in some fantastic upgrades for our preschool. First up, we've added brand new bikes to our outdoor area, perfect for little adventurers to zoom around and explore. 🌿 We've also revamped our role play corner with panel dividers, sparking imaginations and defining play spaces. ✨

💐Let's not forget our beautiful buddleias, courtesy of Brookfield Nurseries, attracting butterflies to complement our herb garden and freshly planted carrots. 🌟

🍎🥕 Snack time is always an adventure at our preschool! Here's a peek at some of the delicious treats we've enjoyed, with plenty of snacks inspired by the amazing themes we've explored. From healthy bites to themed delights, our snacks are as diverse as our learning experiences. 🌈🍇

We understand that costumes can be costly, especially given the economic situation at the moment. So, we want to extend a helping hand to our preschoolers! If your child doesn't have a costume, they're more than welcome to pick one out from our massive collection. Let's make this day a celebration of imagination and creativity, regardless of financial constraints.
