First day back, van didn’t start🤣 but here at harrow getting this BMS panel wired up.

DB upgrade carried out by the apprentice

All numbered, dressed, tested and labelled.

Just a little trip out today 🤣 new wall sensors, air-con control.

Bit of first fix going on for a kitchen refurb, new garage board going in, will be upgrading the main DB on our return for second fix, we have also installed an charger for the clients new car.

Trip to Cardiff with Oakland to get this AHU rewired and back up and running including new inverters. Time was limited but vast improvement on what we was greeted with.

Domestic job completed recently, installing the usual power, lighting,TV points including data and Wi-Fi

LED lighting upgrade to 11 classrooms carried out recently over the six weeks holiday

Working with Oakland, Old BMS panel stripped out partial rewire to the plant room, New BMS panel installed.

Huge energy savings to be made now the building is under proper control, all 4x boilers are now staged depending on demand, pumps are on auto change over and will now only run when needed.

Finally got the fibre installed today with a static IP 🙌

We’ve successfully completed our annual NICEIC inspection.

Old MR16s replaced with new scolmore omni LEDs, installed new under cupboard LED lighting, completely changing the space👌

Outdoor lighting project completed for one of our clients in Ascot installed Loxone for control giving the client 10 zones of lighting

Ripped out the time clock controlling the Carpark lighting and integrated on to the BMS system giving the customer zoned control

First time using these, think I might be sold 👌

Some progress at home the end is in sight 🙌

Outside lighting project started this week, getting cables run in, all to be controlled via Loxone, including all the heating, also putting a plan together to retro fit the whole house with Loxone home automation.

Nice how do people get away with this 💩

Little garage job starting this week full steel containment throughout complete with power and low bay lighting

Call out today could’ve ended very differently, poor workmanship by the previous electrician

Now booked in for EICR and DB upgrade
