Quick reduction via thinning the other day… Sometimes you dont need to bring all the ends in to get the desired result. This customer was thrilled.

This large dead Cedar was a serious safety concern for a homeowner in a conservation area in Moseley, Birmingham. Luckily the team were on hand to safely dismantle and remove the tree!

The trees roots were causing massive damage to the nearby footpath and premises.

The team cut down a rare tree last week that has a poisonous sap. It causes hair to grow at an unusually fast rate 😂 🌳

We all took a special medication to reverse the effects but unfortunately it didn’t go well. Swipe left to see the results.

We should be back to normal next week (as normal as we can be)

We found one of the worst cases of Ganoderma. It lives on trunks of living deciduous trees causing serious heart-rot. We heavily pruned a few limbs to mitigate the risk of failure but ultimately this ancient Tulip will need to be removed later in the year.

The team have been out training this week. First on the Mediarb forestry first aid course. Followed by aerial rescue refresher training for our climbers - our teams safety is paramount! Well done lads.
