Yarnistry, Bromsgrove Videos

I’m having a little destash over in my shop, with some really lovely skeins of yarn that I just don’t have the time to knit! Postage is set to the same price as normal and if you spend over £20 it’s free in the UK! I also have a very lovely ashford ball winder listed. It was a gift, but I sadly just don’t use it, so I’d love it to go to a new home where it will be used ♥️

My week… 1. Northern Lights from our not that north back garden 2. Spirited Away at the theatre 3. Chimney pots I found on eBay now made into bird baths 4. Cows! 5. Japanese (I didn’t include the bum tree photo 😂) 6. Irises! 7. Fluff and jumper stitch markers 8. Passion flowers 9. Yarn I’ve found for a new cast on (###l version of people bandana from The Lamb and the Kid - it’s free!) Quite a busy one this week I think!

Decided to do another move around, and I’ve gone through my yarn collection and I have a huge amount to get rid of again. Lots of hand dyed yarn. Would people prefer to just buy the yarn they want, or should I do another lucky dip yarn beaver as a bit of a last hurrah? It’s been a while since once done one. So for those of you that are new, I have a little Beaver gumball machine, each capsule has stitch markers in it, everyone gets at least a set, and if you’re lucky you get a ‘golden beaver’ you win a prize. I’ve attached a little clip of a live draw, I think the markers were female scientists for this one.

The intrusive thoughts won for this very shiny purchase and the other 5 one their way 😂

Not to be outdone… 🦌 🔴 🎅 Let our yearly argument over which Home Alone movie is best (it’s the 2nd one), another year I refuse to watch Die Hard, Bony M is the best Christmas song and I have made an absolute belter of a chocolate mousse 🤤 Merry Christmas everyone x

Best. Day. Ever. I got a bit of Christmas money…so I spent it on glittery crocs slippers 🤣 I love my glerups but they’re a bit too flat for me now for some reason (I think I’ve hurt my Achilles on both feet). Not sure what the #Beaver is? Here’s a little clip! This one was from my birthday Beaver last year (may be the last time we did it!). Everyone that buys a capsule gets a number and I then draw them live here on Instagram. It’s a bit of a laugh and slightly chaotic, but you can watch live to see what you’ve got!
