Note: you may need to weigh down a cool bag or polystyrene box with some stones etc as you don't want it blowing away before we get to you.

Hello, I am Rick your new local milkman taking over from Keith Smith of Forton. I live locally in Goosnargh with my wife Symone and two boys, and I hope they'll join me one day - hence Swarbrick and Sons!

I will be offering not only local milk from Shepherds of Catterall, but also locally sourced fruit and veg boxes (small and large), farmhouse cakes and biscuits from Janet Wallbank of Longridge, cheeses from Proctors cheese , and yoghurts fron Ann Forshaw and Little Town Dairy.
